CROSSFIT

CrossFit focuses on developing Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Accuracy, Coordination, Balance, Stamina, Cardiovascular Endurance, and Flexibility. Crossfit is scalable to any committed individual regardless of experience. Classes are constantly varied and only 60 minutes of high intensity training designed to help you reach a new level of fitness.

BURN

44 Burn is a non-barbell, cardio focused, high intensity, strength and conditioning class packed into 44 minutes, designed specifically to burn calories and improve endurance.
