Open Gym

Open gym hours are for  44 CrossFit athletes to work on specific skills or strength. There will be a coach on-site during these times and they will always be there for tips, tricks, pointers, and suggestions.  This is however not a personal training session, they are there to ensure your safety so please be aware.

Open Gym Schedule:

Sunday 2pm-4pm

Mon-Fri 3pm-5pm

Saturday 8am-9am
