CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). We believe in the CrossFit methodologies and overall benefits this program can have on individuals. The communal aspect of CrossFit is irreplaceable. The Community and friendships that are built by working out in group classes, develop bonds much stronger than the casual chat in between sets at your conventional gym. We dont simply want your membership for a monthly contract. We don’t do contracts. We want to help you achieve your goals as we provide you the leadership, accountability, program structure, and proper training environment that will foster your success!
Constantly varied, functional movements peformed at high intesnity! For those individuals that have 6 months of CrossFit experience or have recently completed our 44 Fundamentals program.
Our non Barbell, cardio focused strength and conditioning program for ages 10 and up. Beginner Friendly and all packed into a 44minute class!
Our 5 class intro to all things CrossFit class. Small group, or individual based with emphasis on proper movement, terminology, and CrossFit methodoligies all led by an experienced L1 certificate holding coach. This class ensures all new members to CrossFit are set up to succeed when mixing in with large group training classes.
Located in the Heart of Mt. Washington on Hwy 44 East right next door to Crazy Red’s Mountain City Audio.
Our Facility is over 5000sq Ft ,freshly renovated to cater to our Community and its needs. We have 2 restrooms and a full shower. A central locker room with several built in cubbies to keep all your gym accessories stored and off the floor. A half wall segregated kids room with netflix equipped TV for the littles to watch while parents workout.
We have a dedicated storage room for supplies and one official office for business matters. All equipment is less than 3 yrs old and is cleaned and wiped down daily after use. We have all the tools you will need to be a fitter better you! Rowers, Bikes, dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, weights, 2 Monster lite 24ft rigs, slam balls, wall balls, sandbags, tires, sledges, rope climbs , ski erg, peg board, any and all things CrossFit! Brian has been involved in sports all of his life. He played Football and baseball all through high school and went on to play four years of football at Campbellsville University. Brian has always lifted weights but was blown away by the lack of endurance and cardio he had in his muscle head gym days. He has been involved with CrossFit since 2012. He obtained his L1 in March 2015. He was instantly hooked after getting a taste of the competitive side of CrossFit and has competed in several local competitions. Brian and his wife Nikki have three daughters that are all active in sports and love CrossFit and the community. Brian is a very energetic, passionate and enthusiastic Coach! He loves the Community and all it entails! He enjoys helping other achieve their goals as well as bettering their overall wellness.
