FORGING ELITE FITNESS
CrossFit focuses on developing Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Accuracy, Coordination, Balance, Stamina, Cardiovascular Endurance, and Flexibility. All classes are led by an experienced CF-L1 coach. All classes are 60min in duration and can be scaled to any ability level. Ages 13yr old and up.
44 Burn is a non-barbell, cardio focused, high intensity, strength and conditioning class packed into 44 minutes, designed specifically to burn calories and improve body composition and endurance. All workouts are coach led and scaleable for any ability level. Ages 10yr old and up.
Our Fundamentals class is a requirement all new athletes must complete to show an understanding of CrossFit terminology and safe proper movement. A personal, small group, or 1 on 1 approach will ensure all new athletes with no prior CrossFit experience are guided and instructed on proper movement and workout safety.
